Fees as of July 2023 for privately paying and NDIS self and plan managed individuals are as follows:

Parent/Caregiver Intake meeting (1-1.5 hours)

$180-$270

During this session a detailed background history will be obtained from the child's primary caregiver. This will include information relating the the child's family dynamics, birth and early development, health issues, significant life events, relationships and presenting concerns.

Prior to this initial consultation parents/caregivers may be provided with some questionnaire's to complete with additional information that will support a deeper understanding of your child's needs.

During this intake Sarah will work with families to establish a plan for appointments that is best suited to their circumstances.

Weekly play therapy appointment (45 minutes)

$180

Play therapy sessions typically occur on a weekly basis.

This is recommended for optimal progress while ensuring there is time between sessions for the integration of growth following a play therapy session.

While the session runs for 45 minutes, clients are billed for 1 hour. The additional 15 minutes includes greeting children and their parents/caregivers & recording of session notes and room re-set.

Weekly play therapy appointment (30 minutes)

$135

Play therapy sessions typically occur on a weekly basis.

This is recommended for optimal progress while ensuring there is time between sessions for the integration of growth following a play therapy session.

While the session runs for 30 minutes, clients are billed for 45 minutes. The additional 15 minutes includes greeting children and their parents/caregivers & recording of session notes.
